A beloved Japanese maple tree inspired the design for this single family house. In order to keep the tree in the front yard, the new house was set back from its typical location at the street front. The four bedroom, three and a half bathroom house epitomizes stylish urban living. An open floor plan on the first level comprising living, dining, and kitchen is designed for entertaining. Upstairs on the second floor the spectacular master suite opens to the outdoors with a balcony and picture-perfect views of the tree in the front yard. The third floor expands on the concept of indoor-outdoor living with the home office connected directly to the roof deck and outdoor living room.
